Forms is now in beta
Forms is now in beta
We’ve shipped Forms as a new beta feature for collecting structured
responses without wiring up a one-off workflow. It gives you a dedicated place
to define, publish, and review forms across the org.
What’s included
- Create tenant-scoped forms with typed fields like short text, long text,
email, select, checkbox, and date. - Publish a form to a dedicated share link for external respondents.
- Pin a publication to a specific form version so active links stay stable even
after schema updates. - Collect immutable responses with timestamps and an auditable record of the
submission. - Set response caps, add optional expiry dates, revoke a publication, or archive
a form to stop new submissions. - Manage personal forms, org-owned templates, collaborators, and responses from
the Forms area.
Good to know
- This is the standalone Forms MVP; upload-request embedding comes later.
- Existing links stay tied to the version they were published with.
Thanks to everyone who helped test it — we’d love feedback as we keep polishing
it.
