The form editor now has improved layout spacing and a clearer way to add collaborators from your organization.

Added horizontal spacing in the form editor so cards, tabs, and action bars display without clipped shadows.
Replaced manual email entry when adding form collaborators with a searchable list of organization members.
Members who are already collaborators are excluded from the picker; a message appears when every member has already been added.
